A run you can hear.
One Apple Watch file. Two ways to replay it.
See the recorded signals, or hear them move around you.
Real heart rate and cadence. No GPS, pace, distance, or elevation in this file. No route has been invented.
Body × time
The cursor follows the same moment on both signals. Gaps stay gaps.
Put the file around you.
A low pulse follows recorded heart rate. A higher tick follows raw cadence. Use headphones for spatial placement, or select Speaker mode for centered sound. Start at low device volume.
Live sound is off. Listen starts the run; Test speakers plays two test tones.
This meter checks the live audio signal, not your headphones, device volume, or whether you can hear it.
Still silent? Try the standard player.
A 12-second stereo binaural render of the recorded 09:20–09:32 segment at 1×. It uses a standard audio file instead of the live Web Audio engine. Synthetic sounds, not a recording of your heart.
Open MP3 directly · Uses the player and device volume, not the live volume slider.
Audio troubleshooting
Try the standard player first. Check media volume, headphone/Bluetooth output, and the device mute or silent setting. If an in-app browser stays silent, open this page in Safari or Chrome. The page cannot detect or change your physical audio route. Stopping, switching replay mode, or leaving the page stops both players.
The file sets the limit.
1,558 timestamped points at one-second intervals. Heart rate is absent at the first and last point. Cadence is missing at 298 points; missing values are not zero-filled or interpolated.
The filename labels this Indoor Running. The GPX track type is running. Cadence is displayed as exported, without doubling it into steps per minute or assuming a gait.
Sound is an interface.
In Headphones mode, the heart-rate pulse stays in front of the listener and cadence moves through one circle over the file's duration. Speaker mode centers both channels. Spatial placement is a designed effect, not measured movement. Neither sound is a physiological recording or a medical interpretation.
Missing channels go silent; recorded zero cadence produces no cadence ticks. The separate speaker test is not run data. Pausing, resetting, hiding the page, or pressing Stop all audio stops both players. There is no autoplay.
File provenance and calculation notes
Average HR is the arithmetic mean of present heart-rate samples. Cadence coverage = 1,260 ÷ 1,558 × 100 = 80.9%. Elapsed span = last timestamp − first timestamp; it is not a confirmed active workout duration.
Only this upload is used. No WHOOP, lab, weather, or other workout data has been joined. No running economy, cardiac drift, recovery, or VO₂ verdict is inferred.
Ryan has chosen to share these example readings publicly. They are included in this page's static dataset. This is not an on-device vault implementation, and no visitor account or health data is loaded.
