A standard physician-ordered blood panel works. Proto reads results from Quest, LabCorp, hospital systems, and most direct-to-consumer panels (Function Health, Inside Tracker, Superpower exports, etc.). The more biomarkers, the more personalized the stack — but a basic panel with Vitamin D, lipids, thyroid, glucose, and inflammation markers gets you a meaningful recommendation.

Most people don't follow a fifteen-pill protocol — and don't need to. Proto's ranking engine maps biomarkers to coverage and picks the three that close your widest gaps with the fewest products. Add to it later. Start with what works.

You get a confirmation email when your stack is pulled — usually within one business day. Walk in to 1526 Saint Clair Ave, Saint Paul during regular hours (Mon–Fri 9am–8pm, Sat 9am–6pm, Sun 12–5pm), give your name at the counter, walk out. If you chose pay-at-pickup, Mastel's takes payment then. They fulfill the order but don't see your bloodwork — your privacy stays with Proto.

During the pilot, Ryan — Proto's founder — personally hand-delivers every Twin Cities order. Pick "Hand-delivery" at checkout and we'll text to coordinate a drop window. No charge. As volume grows we'll graduate to a small local courier so the founder doesn't become the bottleneck — but until then, you're meeting the person who built Proto when you take your stack at the door.

Two things stack. Bundle size: 3–4 SKUs gets 10% off, 5–6 gets 15%, 7+ gets 20%. Duration: add +0% for month-to-month, +3% for a 3-month commit, +5% for 6 months. Both compound, capped at 25%. Example: 3 SKUs on a 6-month plan = 10% + 5% = 15% off your monthly total, and free founder hand-delivery on every order. Cancel anytime — if you cancel mid-commitment, you simply pay the prorated month-to-month rate on what you've already received.

Two ways, your choice. Pay Proto online via Stripe — it becomes a monthly subscription you can cancel or pause anytime, and Proto settles with Mastel's on a weekly basis. Or pay Mastel's at the counter when you pick up your stack — cash or card, no Stripe account, no recurring billing. The discount is identical either way; the only difference is whether you want a recurring subscription or a one-off pickup transaction.

Your bloodwork stays in your Proto wallet, encrypted, and is never shared with Mastel's or any third party. Mastel's only receives operational order data (your name, items, pickup-or-delivery flag). You can delete your records at any time.
